The Valladolid City Council and the Valladolid Hospitality Association are launching the new calls for the XXI National Pinchos and Tapas Competition and the IX World Tapas Championship will take place on November 10, 11 and 12.

The Valladolid City Council and the Valladolid Hospitality Association remain committed to upholding the quality of pinchos and tapas through a rigorous selection process of the finalists.
We can’t wait to meet this year’s contestants. On October 16th, we’ll find out who the finalists are — the ones who will compete before the jury for the titles of 2025 Spanish Champion (XXI National Pinchos and Tapas Championship) and 2025 World Champion (IX World Tapas Competition, City of Valladolid).
