This format has turned the city into a major international meeting point for creativity, technique and gastronomic identity, bringing together chefs from around the world every year in a celebration of culinary diversity through a single bite. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The finalists\u2019 tapas can be tasted during the International Tapas Festival, together with their partner restaurants, from 10 to 15 November. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a51c6fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a51c6fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Five continents represented in the final <\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a04e8e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a04e8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The World Tapas Championship begins long before the finalists arrive in Valladolid. Each edition starts several months in advance with qualifying competitions held in different countries and continents, where hospitality professionals compete for a place in the grand final<br \/>The winning chefs become the official representatives of their respective territories and travel to Valladolid to compete against some of the world\u2019s leading culinary talents in a competition that
